Christmas comes but once a year
Starting off again from the oft used carpark of the train station in Mödling, S. Energy and I set the last of a long series of Vindobonian Christmas runs (starting from various places in Baden, Guntramsdorf, Mödling, Hinterbrühl..), lasting for, well, many years. Next year there will be new locations, new Hares and perhaps different Christmas Markets. We had the pleasure of meeting Sir Jasper, son of Sno-Balls and Grandson of Lord Glo-Balls, OVH.
Hash Window of Opportunity in 2020
Talking of which, we started off by seeing parts of Mödling that we haven't used for runs in previous years, the dedicated runners cruised to the designated Drink- and Songstop on the local Main Christmas Market in 30 minutes, where everyone enjoyed their Glühwines and we successfully chased away some bystanders with a jolly rendition of the Twelve Days of Christmas (Hash Version).
Merry Christmas!
Another 25 minutes later we arrived back at the carpark for the long circle with lots of songs and Christmas Sparklers. On After at a wonderful and nearby Gasthaus.
